Our Desktop Valuation combines data and AI with the expertise of local appraisers to quickly and objectively determine the value of a property. This process, conducted entirely remotely, not only provides highly accurate market values but also offers detailed information such as cadastral maps, energy labels, and construction details.
When determining a market value our advanced Automated Valuation Model (AVM) considers various characteristics of comparable properties in the area, such as property types, construction years, square meters etc. The calculated market value that comes out of the model is then validated by a local appraiser who selects the most relevant comparable properties. The appraiser’s signature is the final step in this process, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the valuation, allowing you to proceed with complete confidence.
