“Three years ago, Kolibri was acquired by VBO. Since then, we have bundled various data sources into one system,” Sam begins his story. “Through the takeover we came into contact with Matrixian. VBO has been working with Matrixian for a long time, and we have continued that good contact,” says Sam.

Kolibri uses Matrixian’s real estate data to enrich their own data, which gives real estate agents a complete picture. “We want as much data as possible so that we can optimally support the broker,” Sam explains. “We collect various data sources and bundle them into one source, which we use to fill Kolibri’s CRM system as best as possible. An important application is the pre-filling of data when an estate agent wants to publish a property. “For example, if an estate agent wants to list a home on Funda, we fill in all known data in advance.
