Matrixian is entitled to use the Privacy Guarantee and has obtained the Gold security label for the security check.

What does the quality mark mean?

Through a recurring audit of data processing, industry association DDMA checks whether organizations respect the applicable laws and regulations aimed at protecting personal data. If an organization conducts the Guarantee, it means that they are checked to see if they comply with privacy legislation and handle personal data transparently. Security-check

Matrixian Group has successfully completed the Privacy Guarantee Security Check. Its organizational information security is accredited with the Gold security label. Matrixian Group has secured information security within the organization and defined policies with regard to operational processes, access control and good governance.

Two variants of the Privacy Guarantee

From May 2018 new privacy rules come into effect (under the name General Data Protection Regulation), therefore DDMA uses two variants of the Guarantee:

Based on the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp), the Telecommunications Act and self-regulation codes.
Based on the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), the Telecommunications Act and self-regulation codes.

Organizations that already conduct the Guarantee based on the Wbp are again invited to audit the Guarantee based on the AVG.
